I draw from a variety of approaches, including DBT, CBT, SFBT, Parts Work, harm reduction and trauma-informed care, so we can find what works best for you. We’ll take the time to explore what’s beneath the surface, uncovering patterns that may be holding you back and developing personalized coping strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, self-aware, and confident in your ability to navigate whatever comes your way.
