Online therapy works much like traditional therapy but takes place via video or phone calls. Before your session, you’ll receive instructions to access my client portal for paperless intake forms and session access. All you have to do is make sure to have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private spot for session!
-
Currently I offer walk and talk therapy sessions, where we have session while walking outdoors at a community location. If this is a supplemental service that interests you, let’s chat!
-
My session fees are $250 for a 50 min session for individual clients. Family sessions are $300 for a 50 min session.

I am currently a private-pay, out-of-network provider. While I don't accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means that they will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I handle all clim filings, so you do not have to deal with super bills! During our intake proces, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your reimbursement wold be.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
